Anselm Griggons, is middle aged human with fiery red hair and a beard to match. Born and educated in Waterdeep, he spent about a decade adventuring before “retiring” to settle down in the country. Much of the inn’s success can be attributed to Anselm’s wealth from his previous career allowing it to operate without making a profit.
