Enma's Golden Feather

Wondrous Item, Legendary, Requires attunement by the heir of Enma the Golden Phoenix

  This is a golden feather from Enma the phoenix of life and rebirth.
This item can assume three forms of which you chose one after you finish a long rest.
At level 11 you can have two forms active at the same time and three forms at lv 17.

  The power of rebirth has been exhausted. But with new life comes new opportunity. Every form of the feather gained a new ability. Also you unlocked the ability Force of a great Typhoon. (see below)

  Form 1: Al’Ars Blazing Helmet
The feather transforms into a spartan-like helmet with burning fire as a crest.
While wearing the helmet your darkvision increases by 60 ft. You can also use an action to let the helmet shine bright light in 30. ft radius and dim light 30 ft. beyond that for 1 hour or until you use an action to turn it off.
When you get hit by a melee attack you can channel Al’Ars spirit and use one of two special reactions.
Searing Vengeance: Al’Ars Flames lash out from you on the creature that hit you. You then deal 2d8 (3d8 at 11th level and 5d8 at 17th level) fire damage to the attacker.
Ease the Pain: Al’Ars Flames shroud you diminishing the pain. You then regain HP equal to 1d10 + your constitution modifier. (2d10 + your con modifier at 11th level and 3d10 + twice your con modifier at 17th level)
You can use these abilities a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

  Strength of a raging Fire: As a free action you shroud your weapon in searing flames for 1 minute. Whenever you hit with a weapon attack you deal 1d6 extra fire damage. (1d8 at 11th level and 1d12 at 17th level) When you deal this fire damage to a creature you can also deal to it to every creature of your choice within 5 ft. of it.
You cant use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest.

    Form 2: Dol’Orus Cryo Armor
The feather transforms into a chilling armor (of your choice) of icy metal or envelops the armor you are wearing in ice.
While wearing the armor your AC increases by 1.
When you hit an enemy with a melee attack you can channel Dol’Orus spirit. Every Creature of your choice in a 15 foot cone must succeed on a Constitution Saving throw or take 2d8 cold damage and be hindered by ice formations for 1 minute, or until it or another creature within reach of it uses an action to break away the ice. The cold damage increases to 4d8 at lv 11 and 6d8 at lv 17.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

  Mysterious as the dark side of the Moon: When you get hit by an melee attack that deals piercing, slashing or bludgeoning damage you can use your reaction to create a perfect duplicate of you out of ice in the space you stand that takes part of the hit for you. You then half the damage you take from the attack. You then teleport to a space within 10 ft. of the attacker and you can make one melee weapon attack with advantage against the attacker.
You cant use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest.

  Form 3: Enmas Cloak of Flowing Water
The feather transforms into a cloak of golden flowing water or envelops the cloak you are wearing in it.
While wearing the cloak you do not take fall damage. Also when you fall you can move 1 ft. horizontally for every foot you fall without spending your movement speed.
When you fall at least 5 ft. before you make a melee attack you can channel Enmas spirit and aid your attack with a crushing wave of water. You deal 2d8 (4d8 at 11th level and 6d8 at 17th level) additional bludgeoning (this damage gets doubled on a critical hit) damage and the target must succeed on a strength saving throw or gets knocked prone.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

  Swift as the coursing River: As a free action golden phoenix wings sprout from your back aiding your movement. For 1 minute you can dash and disengage as a bonus action.
Also you get a flying speed equal to your walking speed.
You cant use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest.

 
Force of a great Typhoon: As your last breath leaves your body you unleash the spirit of the phoenix. When you are reduced to 0 hit points you drop to 1 hit point instead. Additionally every creature of your choice within 10 ft. of you gets pushed back 10 ft.. Also depending on your active form one extra effect takes place. (if you have more than one form active choose one effect)
Al’Ars Blazing Helmet: Every Creature pushed back by this effect must succeed on a dexterity saving throw or takes 2d6 fire damage or half on a success. (This damage increases to 3d6 at 11th level and 4d6 at 17th level)
Dol’Orus Cryo Armor: Every Creature pushed back by this effect must succeed on a constitution saving throw or its movement speed gets reduced to 0 until the start of your next turn. On a success the movement speed gets reduced by 10 ft..
Enmas Cloak of flowing Water: Every creature pushed back by this effect must succeed on a strength saving throw or gets knocked prone.
You cant use this feature again until you finish a long rest.
