the crystal cave is where this monster resides. when someone dies the cave absorbs them till only bones are left.  then they are given a Smooth light blue and purple visor made of crystal that covers the head to the bottom of the eye socket.
and their arms and legs Are covered in the same kind of crystal giving them smooth rounded limbs that can turn into weapons and fighting style they used before they died. if they don't have any, they will turn feral.
