temporal blade

this blade can cut through time and lets the user see where their enemy has been through time and cut them during those times.   if you really want to mess things up you could go to their place of birth and cut them down there. but depending on the impact they had. things can change dramaticaly.
Extra explanation of what the sword does   the sword has a switch that when pressed slows time down for the user to where their foe seems to be moving in slow motion. you will start to see a trail of where they have been in the past since birth. you can cut any of these instances of them and depending on when you slash them you can stop a whole situation from happening or them even being born.    the sword has only one downside. you have to be a master of time with this blade to cut into the future and stop a situation as its happening and not have to be there

Mechanics & Inner Workings

this sword has a switch on its handle that when pressed will slow down time for the user. you will also be able to see a trail of where people have been and cut them no matter where they are.

History

Umbra was looking through tales of other lands and saw the concept of a blade that cuts through time. it was poorly done and he thought he could do better. so he made a sword that cut through all of time. you could change history if you cut back far enough.

Dr. strange would either hate that this blade exists, or would kill for it. There would be no in between.

cool. I like this. In a well written story, you can really cause some interesting events with paradoxes.
