The progenitor of the Genetic Dynasty, also known as the Cleonic Dynasty. He is also known as "The Dreamer" (S1E3).
During his lifetime, he also began construction on the Star Bridge, one of his legacies.
He possessed and passed on the last remaining sentient robot, Demerzel . She is the last known survivor of her kind from The Robot Wars .
