Cleon II

Cleon II was the first identical, genetic clone of Cleon I, the first of the Genetic Dynasty. He is also known as "The Scholar" (S1E3).
He was made Empire and place upon the throne as a baby upon the death of Cleon I.
However, when he was around 34 years of age, Cleon III was born.
Around 68 years of age, Cleon IV was born.
He realized at some point during his life that a plan could unfold over several lifetimes.
Sometime during his reign, the exact period is unknown, he arranged for the murder of the Grand Huntress of Anacreon on the night of her wedding to the King of Thespin, Throy un Thark. Seeing where a new alliance between the Anacreon and Thespin could lead in the Outer Reach, he had his shadowmaster seduce the handmaiden, drug the newlyweds, murder the Anacreon huntress, and implicate the Thespin King.
