Spells and Magic Overhaul

Since magic is not a quintessential part of the lore of Avatar it is under heavy flavor revision to adapt it into the Spirit-driven narrative engine of the world.

Therefore, many elemental spells may result banned and others re-flavored in order to match the setting as the players and DM agree necessary.

Spell Scrolls

In order to use a Spell Scroll the character holding it must be able to read the language the Scroll is written in, ignoring the usual class limitations around scrolls, for versatility.
