The Water Tribes

The Water Tribes are the united nation formed by the Northern and Souther Water Tribes.
Unified in X year by Y, the Southern Water Tribe has since strived to regain their independance, while the Northern Water Tribe tries to impose their hegemony in culture, trade, costums and bending practices.
There are rumors of smaller clans of Water Benders existing in the Swamp, even though nobody has ever met one in the Tribes.
