Luhz is a tall and slender man. Despite his eating habits, he remains in surprisingly good shape.
Body Features
Like most Lemurians, Luhz has pale skin and his hair is a platinum blonde so light it is easy to mistake for white.
Facial Features
A pair of horns sit atop Luhz's head, somewhat long for his kind. His pink eyes are bear the Lemurian's natural red eyeliner-like pigmentation.
Luhz has a somewhat androgynous appearance, with a soft jawline and graceful features.
Apparel & Accessories
Luhz favors loose attire acquired from his time in Falena. He wears light colored tops with expansive detached sleeves and flowing hakama style pants. The Lemurian frequently wears an assortment of jewelry, most notably a gem ornament on his forehead.

Personal history
Luhz Catomos first descended from the Floating City of Mu with the arrogant intention of educating the lesser races of Gaia, disdainful of how the world ignored Mu's warnings against the coming Madness until it was too late. He found himself unprepared though for the sheer diversity and chaos of the world outside his home city, and had little luck in convincing anyone to listen to him.
After being separated from his guardian encephela and all their supplies, Luhz was forced to fend for himself. Prideful, he at first refused to take any charity or assistance from the few who offered it, and attempted to live alone in nature till he could rejoin his people. But his guardian did not arrive before his pride broke. He was no hunter and ill-equipped to the wilderness. Disheveled and starving, he wandered into a small town, unsure of how to even go about asking for help.
Lured by an aroma the likes of which he'd never before encountered, Luhz found himself at a food stand, awkwardly staring with undisguised hunger. With no small amount of pity, the owner insisted he take a seat and prepared a simple bowl for him. This simple moment of kindness would prove to be the single most important moment of Luhz's life; not because of the aid he received in a time of need, no, but because Lemurian food is horrendously bland.
The flavor of the broth, the texture of the noodles, complemented with an assortment of tender proteins and hearty vegetables hit Luhz like a train. Amazed, Luhz interrogated the poor owner about the dish. It turned out that there were dozens of recipes for this... ramen alone, and the different cultures of Gaia had all developed their own unique cuisines!
In this moment, Luhz recognized the errors of his thinking. He had believed the world below to be populated by simple minded fools with nothing to offer in need of guidance. But now he realized that there was much more he could learn from them than he ever dreamed. By the time his companion had finally rejoined him, he had sold everything he owned - including his spellbook - to pay for trips to the finest restaurants he could afford to dine at.
And so, he has spent the last 7 years traveling the world intent on sampling the cuisine in every kingdom, country, and backwater alike. Only recently has he been convinced to resume his practice of the arcane, and to say his abilities have atrophied would be an understatement...

In his youth, Luhz was well educated in the arcane and alchemical disciplines of his home city of Mu. However, his understanding of the outside world was deeply lacking in nuance and influenced by Mu's isolationist tendencies.
Since developing an appreciation for the wider world and particularly food, he has been possessed of an insatiable curiosity, absorbing as much culture and history as he possibly can from across the globe. The stark contrast between his academic education in Mu and his more practical experiences has engendered a disdain for authority and convention.
