Tikal Ucan

Tikal was once an enemy of the Hive.  A Wicked Mage and diviner, he plotted to steal a holy relic from the Oracle.  He hired the Hive to take him, and his conspirators to the Oracle, and then steal their ship to escape.  However, after seeing the prowess of the crew, and reading disaster in the stars, he ultimately turned on his own colleagues, siding with the Captain.  
After the double cross, he remained aboard the Hive, aiding the captain with his magecraft and his ability to read the future.

General Physical Condition

Tikal is tall and gaunt.  He looks frail, and walks with a limp.

Apparel & Accessories

Tikal is always wearing elaborate and colorful robes.  And he is never seen without his walking stick.  The staff is made of wood, and carved to look like a feathered serpent.

Tikal keeps to himself and it is hard to tell if there is much he openly dislikes outside of making decisions that go against the stars.  He is an avid fan of smoking, and partaking in hallucinogens.

Religious Views

As an Arakai, Tikal is closely connected to the spirits, particularly Muzet in his case.  He prays to Muzet often, and has turned his cabin into a makeshift shrine.
