Caer Lucina

Built among the trees Caer Lucina (or City of Silver) is a city built by wood elves along the banks of the river.
The townsfolk has hung small silver lights throughout the city giving the whole place a moonlit glow even on moonless nights.
Cear Lucina is along a migratory path of a type of silver butterfly. Twice a year (in late spring and fall) these butterflies descend onto the forest and surrounding area and for a few days the whole area becomes awash in silver. People come from miles around to witness the event.

Demographics

A large population of wood elves lives here although other races also call this place home. Gnomes, in particular, find Caer Lucina a pleasant place to live.

The city is built among the trees of a forest. The trees in and surrounding the city seem to grow larger than usual.
