Island Sway

A phenomenon where an island drifts laterally from side to side from its geostatic point due to naturally weak Lateral Ateric Anchoring, wind conditions, and high static capacitance due to wind and/or lightning strikes. Islands experiencing Sway will drift side to side bobbing around horizontally, sometimes even experiencing Jumping.
