A civil or tamed Anz. Used by the Humane for livestock of pets.
They are not regarded to as monsters unless derogatorily or incorrectly.
There once was an issue where Frale would have illegal possession of monsters for either trading, livestock, and even companions.
The DEPART fought off the the Frale's ownership of the Anz they housed against the law of the Humane.

The Department of Humane Research and Restrictions saved the Humane against the imminent danger the Anz posed in the possession of the Frale.

There are strict laws in regards to housing Anz in society, only the researchers at DEPART are authorized to be in possession, and even they are held to strict rules.
