Kazan Bakufu
The Kazan Bakufu is the entity that rules Kazan. It is led by the current shogun, Agni Andilon. Under the Kazan Bakufu is the qua-commission, the group of four commissions that oversee every matter in Kazan.

Qualifications
Any men or women are free to apply for a position in any of the qua-commission.
Shiji-bugyou is the superintendents that supports the government administration, which is the Andilon Family.
Gaikoku-bugyou is the government body that deals with diplomatic relations with foreign kingdoms.
Jyusedai-bugyou is the commission that handles the religion and culture of Kazan.
Kengen-bugyou is the commission that supervises the law and military of the shogunate.
Depending on their expertise, any Kazanese can apply to be government officials or enforcers within the shogunate.
Payment & Reimbursement
Those who are in Shiji-bugyou and Kengen-bugyou are paid handsomely for their job scopes. They are the face of the Shogunate and typically have full reimbursements in case of death or sickness.
Gaikoku-bugyou and Jyusedai-bugyou receives similar pay, however, they may not receive the appropriate reimbursement as the Shogunate believed their job scopes are simpler compared to the two high commissions.

Kazan Bakufu's role is to support the Shogunate in its administration and rule of the nation. Each qua-commission controls different parts of the nation, being the pillars that hold everything together.
Social Status
Shiji-bugyou and Kengen-bugyou are the two commissions that are considered "high-class" due to the close relations to the Andilon Family. They have full trust of the government and serves them directly under their orders.
Gaikoku-bugyou and Jyusedai-bugyou are the lower occupation as they are in close relation with the people. They conduct cultural festivals to build camaraderie with Kazanese and foreigners.
