Qadani
"They rule the desert. Do not even think to fight them here."They are the rulers of the desert and more than capable to overthrow anyone and let the sand swallow them. The Qadani are gentle devotees of Al-Qamar but they are also fierce warriors that are ready to die for their beliefs.
Warriors of the Desert
Many mistaken the Qadani as peaceful people of the deserts that welcomes pilgrims and visitors. Some view them as weak and only cares about their religion. In reality, they are hardened warriors that ready to take arms when threat looms over their city. They took pride in their martial arts, greatly utilizing the terrain and climate. They are the masters of guerilla tactics and capable to take down soldiers who are greater in number. Although their city is trapped in the middle of two strong powers, no one dared to step into their territory unless they can lure the Qadani out.Culture
Major language groups and dialects
They speak Omsuri, an ancient language that can be traced back in Era 1. The language itself is beautiful and the typography is in the form of calligraphy. Due to its value artistically and spiritually, many agrees that only the Qadani are allowed to speak and use this language to communicate.
Common Dress code
Qadani men's clothing consist of a Keffiyah (headscarf) tied on the head with a black cord (aghal) and used a skullcap called thagiyah that keeps the hair in place. They donned a thobe/thawb (white robe) and worn with loose-fitting trousers called sirwal.
The women's clothing varies. Some covers themselves from head to toe, leaving only their eyes visible. This clothing is called burqa and the veil is called a niqab. Some also dons a slightly modern fashion with loose blouse and trousers and wears headscarf called hijab.
