High Quarter

Across the High Road from the Griffon District and north of the Reinhagen District is the High Quarter, where the most powerful members of the town live and work. The Vendel League has a suite of houses here where they conduct business freely, and their guards protect the High Quarter from any “undesirable” influences from other parts of town. Anyone looking to seek out aristocrats and diplomats visiting Freiburg finds them in the High Quarter.
