Den Svyärr
The southernmost province is Den Svyärr. It is a desert. Barren and lacking life, however it is not like the deserts of Earth. Den Svyärr would be cool to any human occupants, but it is too warm for Andeamer. Andeamer have avoided this province for some time as its only resources are found in mining. The Valgaartiran is the only nation to establish a permanent presence, however only to house workers while others do not believe it a viable reason to stay within the province.
Life is rare here, but not missing. Along the coast is another “free city”. A port of land pirates and those fleeing persecution. Its exact location is unknown, but supposedly this city inhabits a lush oasis. Beside these Andeamer, cold-blooded "reptillian" creatures appear to be the natives of this land while smaller burrowing animals are their natural prey.
Cartographers frequently fly over the land to establish new maps and land claims, however, to set foot in the midst of the desert is a death-wish to most. Only with the recent discovery of possible civilization lost beneath its stone and sand surface has there been more traffic to this province, from any people other than miners. Mining operations are the largest settlements one would find here. Many cling to the coastal regions in search of claims. During the winter months of Ënokh, are operations in full bloom; this is the only time of the year the climate cools enough for Andeamer to safely live here.
Geography
The surface of Den Svyärr appear to be endless bad lands. Any soil you'll find is dry, but rigid, eroded rock is more likely. Closer to the center of the province begins and intricate canyon system. Some natural and some the result of centuries of mines. Many canyons and cave-ins are caused by a fault-line that runs through the center of Ënokh's Northern hemisphere. This fault stretches from the North and creates Mäsvell Dinmaar's mountain border and directly into Den Svyärr's canyons. The coasts of Den Svyärr are warm beaches and cool breezes.
