'Advent' The Adventurers Guild
The Adventurers guild is an organization involved in gathering information and dealing with any problems that come from monsters. As this organization does a very important job in a world filled with monsters, the adventurers guild branches are found in close proximity to most settlements. As far as Organizations go, the Adventurers guild possesses a huge number of 'Adventurers' and can communicate with other capable folks across the world that they can hire depending on what they need.
From gathering information to keeping the ecosystem stabilized and helps the economy by giving odd jobs. Sometimes functioning as a hub to meet others, other times giving classes and lessons on combat and knowledge required to survive in the world or specific jobs that the organization is involved in. They even deal with trades and helps small settlements obtain enough necessities to survive so long as both parties are fine with the deal that they present.
Often Referred to as the Advent, due to the fact that any new settlement would only be considered a valid settlement if they are near to one of the guild's branches. This is due to the fact that getting equipment and essential supplies without the help of the guild is significantly harder. The existence of a Adventurers guild also means that the surrounding area is well maintained as monsters of ridiculous strength is unlikely to appear
As far as leaders go, each branch is maintained by the branch leader and all branch leaders are directly commanded by the Guild leader. The Guild leader is the only person who does not control any branch and is mostly involved with knowing whether each branch is doing its job the way it's supposed to. He is also involved in making sure no branch is directly involved with problems of the governing organization and war.
In cases of war, the guild acts as a defensive location, a neutral zone, to both parties and any citizen inside its halls will be protected. People who work for the guild is allowed to join the war but that is as individuals and not as part of the guild and by joining they are temporarily unable to enter the guild or use its facilities while the war is active.
Structure
First there are the workers known as the Adventurer. Each Adventurer has a rank which signifies how much of an impact their work does in general. they obtain tasks from the guild with the help of Guild Receptionists. The guild has many branches and each branches work is maintained by the Branch leader. The branch leader works directly under the Guild Leader who does not control any guild branch and is mainly focused on making sure non of the branches are involved in illegal activity.

Assets
The Adventurers guild has a Unique building design which they use as a base for each branch. Depending on what that branch needs to specialize they would bring in equipment, information, specialists from other branches or the HQ.
History
Originally an organization established to Identify any and all. This soon changed to help people across the continent and soon the organization became known as one that helps as many people as it can with the main focus not being on profit but of dignity.
Education
Provides basic training with sword and magic. As this service is available in every single branch, this helps a lot for the common folk who almost never get the chance to do so.
