Vant- the cold and dry season

Aer- the warm and wet season where plants grow in abundance.

The country is cold in climate and much is a tundra, because of this there are vast planes with no trees and few animals, higher elevation areas have perma frost where the earth is always frozen, during the warmer months there is an abundance of small flowers and plants which grow, which then become dry and create small wild fires.

and has a wet and a dry season. The cold dry season is Vant, where the days get shorter and the air cools, plants decay and die and animals hibernate, as it heats up again there's a downpour of rain, before the ice is washed away and plants grow leading to Aer. Aer is still cold in the tundra but far dryer, the peak of Aer causes small and quick wild fires which burn away the plant life.

The further south down the country the more the climate equalizes and it is warmer with more bio diversity in animal and plant life.
