Byncaria

Located on the shores of the Inner Sea a few hundred miles widdershins of The Balmy Wicket, Byncaria is a beautiful city with a rich culture on prime fishing waters and excellently located for trade. It is also notable for being incredibly tolerant of the activities of the local organized criminal gangs (don't let the gangs hear you call them that), to the point where your average Byncarian citizen may not even notice their routine antics unless you pointed some out to them.
