Locathah

The locathah are a humanoid picine race that joined Beastlands relatively recently. They live primarily along the coast in underwater communities where the common good is paramount, and their natural inquisitiveness makes them excellent nautical watchmen.
Whenever anything of note (and a lot that isn't) happens within a few miles of the shores of the byssward Inner Sea, the locathah see it happen more often than not. It is this information-gathering tendency of their race that makes them an invaluable member of the Beastlands, in fact, the locathah are the reason that the Landmoot was moved to the coastal cities, so that they could take part with more regularity.
