Minotaur

Minotaurs love to build. It's one of the things every beastlander knows about minotaurs; they are never happier than when in the middle of some big construction project. And the things that minotaurs love to build above all others are farms. You wouldn't normally think of a farm as something you build, but when standing in the middle of the precise, well thought out intricacy of a minotaur farm, "build" just seems like the right word. Most minotaurs still live in the complex agricultural communities they build on the Ghasrian Plains and the food they produce is the foundation of the Beastlands' trade economy.
Minotaurs always know where they are. It's another one of those things everyone knows about minotaurs. Their innate sense of direction proves extremely useful in almost any situation they find themselves in, whether it's laying out construction plans or tracking a fugitive across the plains.
Minotaurs are handy in a fight. Big horns, big muscles, big momentum. Enough said.
