Orc
For a long time, the orc clans living on the nineward side of Fulcrum's supercontinent were at a loss for what to do about the cities of the Nineward Coalition. They were too weak and disorganized to pose an existential threat, but also too strong to sack and destroy and too strong to ignore. Eventually they collectively gave a metaphorical shrug and decided that if they couldn't beat 'em, they might as well join 'em.
As well you can imagine, surprise was the order of the day when the orcish hordes appeared over the horizon of many Nineward Coalition cities, but instead of attacking, emissaries were sent to announce that the orcs would be joining up instead. After some initial awkwardness, the orcs began integrating themselves into the alliance, creating colorful and energetic enclaves in the cities where they settled.
Orcish culture is characterized by pragmatism coupled with an optimistic, gung-ho spirit that lends itself well to many martial endeavors, often making them the backbone of Nineward Coalition militias and armies.
