Tortle
A lot of races are nomadic, but the tortles were basically built to live on the move.
Tortles have long been traveling in small family groups up and down the rivers and waterways of what is now the Beastlands. Affable and abiding, tortles have become especially known for bringing information from one place to another and when a family of tortles arrive at a settlement they are often immediately swamped with requests for news from other places along their travel routes and requests to pass on messages at future destinations, a role they have accepted with admirable forbearance.
Within the political structure of the Beastlands, they have assumed a place of unofficial parity with the other races even though they have not signed on officially, mainly because there is no central tortle authority that could have signed the Accord of the Waters in the first place. The Beastlanders value their services greatly however, and protect them and their interests as assiduously as any member.
