Chronomancers are a rare breed of magic users, able to use time as an ally or a weapon.

Favorable Outcome
Once per short rest you may decide to reroll an initiative check and take the highest of the two rolls (This becomes three at level 18)
Internal Clock
At level 2, as a result of your studies you will age only half as much as a regular member of your species and also gain resistance to most time altering magic (It becomes a resistance to all at level 16). You are also able to increase the number of turns (1 turn per Int bonus) that a spell you cast on yourself stays active.
Delayed Time Stream
At level 6, targets affected by your spells can also be made to only take one of the following: An Action, A bonus action, or movement. This feat can be used as many times as your Int bonus
Stagnation
At level 10 you are able to delay the casting of your spells up to 5 turns. For every turn that the spell is delayed it gains a spell level (up to a maximum of 8th level). Spells delayed this way will only effect the area or target designated at casting time and can not be changed. You are also able to do this as a reaction to enemy spells without them gaining any power. This aspect can only be used as many times as your Int bonus.
Retrograde
At level 16, once per day, as a free action you can reverse all of the effects of the last round for yourself (and only yourself) returning you to your previous location and restoring lost health, spell slots, and item charges (does not effect consumables such as scrolls and potions)
