While conicors are vicious and ruthless in most combat scenarios, they still hold to a code of honor and will never rely on sneak attack themselves to dispatch a foe, believing that the best way to prove their strength to be announcing their presence and coming victory. If challenged to a proper duel, most conicor would accept, even if the deal is unfavorable to them

History
The conicor were a nomadic and war mongering race in the past, roving the Underdark and claiming what areas they liked before moving on. Their combat prowess was nearly unmatched, with only the Lethians being their only completion in the Underdark. However, nearly one thousand years ago, the conicor had found an abandoned city were and old Avatar lay resting. They had at first tried to slay the Avatar but easily defeated by the godlike being. After witnessing it's might they began to inhabit the city permanently and worship the Avatar as a warrior god. This city became the capitol of their race and they operated from there, still sticking to their combat oriented cultural and challenging all that they wanted. This remained true until the future rulers of The Grand Drow Empire came to the conicor capitol of Re'est and battled there way to the avatar and slew it. With their god defeated the two rulers demanded that the conicor submit to their strength or be wiped out. Since then the conicor have served the Grand Drow Empire without resistance.
