Personal history

Enrendil was a rather upstanding God during the Third Era and was worshipped in the hope that he would prevent widespread illness and decay. He was able to do this with his followers being abnormally healthy in most circumstances. However when the Shattered God began to cull many of the Minor and Intermediate Gods, Enrendil went into hiding to keep himself safe from process, but it had cost him nearly all of his followers and even after the Shattered God was defeated he was unable to claim his previous standing, and the followers that he did have slowly forgot about him or simply passed away until there were none that even remembered his name. He had nearly 'starved' over the centuries with little to no worship at all, even losing his corporeal body, but an adventurer had found on his his long buried altars and made a pact with him to restore his name. While this adventurer has not yet been able to regain Enrendil's power, he is patient and waits for the day that he can  serve again
