Karina grew up in Farthing and has lived her whole life there. She trained alongside her elder brother as a guard. When the demon invasion had started, she and the rest of the guard did all they could to defend the town from the demons that ravaged the Eastlands. She was made captain when her brother had died fighting against a Balor that threatened the town, and she took over as captain, trying her best to keep order
