Personal history

Lag grew up with his tribe and was a low level grunt for all of his life with his tribe. He never had any serious reservations with his predicament until he was faced with possible death. He quickly choose to abandon the tribe that treated him as nothing more than a pawn, to travel with Xahvryn serving him in patronage.

Education

Almost none, he learned to read common to be better able to steal from townsfolk in the past

After being married to Xahvryn, A'dramel, Tane, and Tasha, he feels he finally has a chance to be useful and is happy that he has a family to call his own

Mental Trauma

After overhearing a conversation between Tasha and Xahvryn, he doesn't hold much value in himself and has ruined his sense of self worth
He feels useless in his abilities to help anyone he cares about and fears a day that he fails to save any of them 
Would likely never admit it but he still hasn't processed the death of all of his friends and family at both his and Xahvryn's hands

He distrust kobolds and thinks they are 'Full of themselves'  - He, so far, thinks Kip-Kip is alright
He has 'complicated' feelings towards Tasha, still valuing her as an ally, but also a source of insecurities
