Liquid Glass
Mechanics & Inner Workings
The Liquid Glass itself is very mutable and has a rather deep connection to itself, this makes it possible to refine Liquid Glass into an actual soild mirror-like material that allows a person to travel between two mirrors made from the same batch of refined material. This effect is so potent it even bypasses magic designed to prevent travel
History
Liquid Glass is a naturally occurring liquid within the Feywild. It almost appears as water, save for the very subtle rainbow hue it gives off in light, and the actual consistency of the liquid is closer to syrup rather than actual water. Unrefined, it is extremely dangerous, turning anything it comes into contact with into glass, save for material that is already glass, making it relatively easy to gather with glass containers. When refined it can be used for a number of purposes, and because of its unique qualities, these purpose usually involve travel of some sort, be it geographically, planar, and even spherical.
Significance
The mirrors made from Liquid Glass were used often in Fae travel, but after an incident centuries ago, Titania made it impossible for anyone without Royal Blood or a Grand title to actually use the mirrors, and they quickly fell out of use and into obscurity
