Rir'illi is a distinct relative of the modern Gilven, though they have almost no contact with them, or anyone else. At one point they had been a member of the Estoran council, but for reasons unknown, were banished from Estora by Draven  millennia ago. Since then they have seemingly been living alone on a frigid island in the Outlands
