Each of the Faeries are personally selected by Titania for both their abilities and their loyalty. While it is not a requirment for Titania to pick a fae to become an official Faerie, they are all Grand Fae
Responsibilities
The Faeries serve Titania in any way she desires, from the simple and mundane as serving as a personal servant within Senaliesse, to speaking to Gods on Titania's behalf
Benefits
They operate with all of Titania's authority. To act against a Faerie in any way is to insult and act against Titania herself. They can make almost any demand of any fae in the Fey Wild and have this demand met
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
They are killed by Titania if they are deemed no longer necessary for any reason
