Qualifications

Tenders are trained in thievery and stealth, unlike their counterparts, Talon Cleaners, they are not not specialized in killing or elimination, but observation. Most Tenders are also trained with specialized techniques

Appointment

Misha will personally appoint active tenders that keep tabs on the other branches of the Black Talons

Responsibilities

Tenders are sent out to ensure that the Talons are preforming as expected and may even be used to route out treachery within the organization
