Theurgy

Theurgy is a unique kind of 'Magic' that breaks apart the Weave and reconstructs it how it needs to be. The use of Theurgy can destroy the effects of nearby spell while still creating its own effect. Theurgy is notably more violent than normal magic since it actively works against the natural world to create an effect, notable effects of the use of Theurgy are: Stealing the magic of another, destroying magical artifacts and effects that would be otherwise permanent, using the resulting rips in the Weave to harm subjects, and most dangerously, taking away the use of magic from another individual, even natural effects such as a Medusa's ocular effects
