With just a subtle touch of chronomancy, even the smallest of changes can tip the favor in your favor, Time Skippers are not magically adept, but they know just enough to turn time itself into their own asset.
Feats
With a small application of magic, turn an enemies success around or put yourself in a more favorable position, show all who behold you that not a single second is in their favor
Twist
[flavor placeholder] At level 3, once an encounter, whenever an attack would land, you can instead force them to have disadvantage.
Skip
[flavor placeholder] At level 6, once per encounter you can return yourself or any other target to its position from the last turn.
Surge
[flavor placeholder] At level 11, once per long rest, whenever you activate cunning action to move or disengage, time is frozen for the rest of your turn, making it impossible for enemies (or allies) to use reactions against you. Outside of combat this can used to roughly simulate Time Stop for 3 seconds.
Tear
[flavor placeholder] At level 16, Once per long rest, you can force all enemies within 80ft of you to only be able to either take a movement action, an action, a bonus action, or reaction for their turn, for 2 turns. While this is active, you are able to take 2 bonus actions and Cunning Action can be used as a free action.
