Personal history

Waller grew up an orphan in Sovak, living off what he could find on the streets and the surrounding desert. He eventually found that he enjoyed his time more in the deserts than he did in town and decided to leave it behind. Its said while wandering the deserts he had an encounter with the Founder of Corrvis, Shi-shi, and after that day became a dedicated druid. Not much is known about his past beyond that moment, other than he eventually became part of the Black Talons, keeping the lake of Harrow under his watch

No formal educatio, but is a powerful Druid

He Has gained the service of the Gynosphinx: Gloria, and the Androsphinx: Marshal, as his familiars 
Is officially recognized as a High Druid and as such most druids both know him and would follow what his suggestions

Morality & Philosophy

He is well mannered and anyone speaking to him for any length of time would understand that he is a druid for a reason and cares for life and the balance of nature, however; As a High Druid he will almost always choose the well being of the natural balance over life itself. If an entire swath of land and its inhabitants must be burned for the area to start healing, then so be it
