Collossus

A towering golem constructed of shaded glass standing ontop of a 200 story tall early 0th millenium style column constructed of the same dark shaded glass.  The building is home to the Imperium serving as a central governing headquarters complete with debate halls, various city departments, meeting rooms, courts and short stay prison cells.
