Queen Arawynn Mistwood

Arawynn Mistwood - The Last Moon Elf, was the queen of the moon elves before the fall of their people during the Lunar Cataclysm.
She survived the events unchanged because of the goddess Selune's artifacts; the timecalled and the moondial, being the only moon elf not corrupted and turned dark elf.
After the Lunar Cataclysm she sought refuge in wood elven controlled Calen after convincing the elders of the clans of the wood elves to aid her. Calen became a haven for the queen, and eventually many of the wood elven clans accepted her as a spiritual, religious and governmental leader, crowning her queen of the inner forests of Calen.
Seeing that the only way to preserve the legacy of her people was to birth a child, Arawynn attempted for many years to bear children. Her life's greatest blessing came in the form of an Avariel daughter; almost identical to her mother despite being born to an anonymous wood elven father, and the birth of this moonblessed child became a sign of Selune's fondness of both Arawynn and the wood elves in Calen.
Arawynn brought the Selunite religion to Calen and was a devout follower of the moon goddess till her death.
After her death her daughter Valeria Mistwood took her place as the ruler of Calen, and she too like her mother became loved and respected among many of the wood elven clans.
