Shar
Goddess of Darkness (a.k.a. Lady of Loss / Princess of Loss / Nightsinger / The Dark Goddess)
Shar woke up together with her sister Selune. While Selune was taken with the light and even the dark night was filled with the glow of the moon and stars, Shar was disgusted by all the light and noise of the world. She longed to return to the silence and darkness in which she had previously slumbered. But when she couldn't fall asleep again, she began to turn out the lights of the world.
Shar has always fought against her sister Selune. While Selune does this openly, Shar prefers to strike from the shadows, from ambush, and does not shy away from instructing her clerics to kill Selune believers and clerics.
Recently, Shar created the Shadowweb, an imitation of Mystra's magic. The Shadowweb supports the dark magics more strongly, so enchantment, illusion, and necromancy and others almost not at all. It may also be dangerous to use the Shadow Net to cast spells, as Shar can prevent, enhance or even harm spells cast via this net. Nevertheless, the Shadow Net is popular with those spellcasters who would like to do without the moral aspect of Mystra's teachings, or who do not like the strict control of Mystra's followers. She longs for the state of non-existence and works tirelessly to destroy order and the creative. Also known as the princess of loss or the dark goddess, she stands for revenge, secrets and deceit, for forgetfulness and loss, the night, but above all the shadows, for she is the patron goddess of the Shadowweave, which she herself also created. In the eyes of most, Shar appears as a vengeful and dark goddess. However, she represents far more than revenge and darkness. Disciples seek her out in times of great loss and grief and ask for comfort from her followers. Shar holds her protective hand over deception and deceit, but also over dark alliances and secrets of all kinds.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Shar usually appears in two avatars. One is that of the night singer and the other that of the dark dancer.
Night Singer: This three-meter-tall figure wears wide robes to conceal her female form. She also wears a mask made of feathers that conceals her face. She does not speak, but sings in mournful tunes with a voice full of sorrow and pain.
The Dark Dancer : This figure, about two meters tall, is often only lightly clothed and reveals night-black skin covered with tiny stars. She moves in a very provocative manner and prefers to use her inviting charms to make her spectators surrender to her in order to serve her. Since a manifestation of one of her avatars is extremely rare, the church uses this appearance to celebrate lavish parties full of dancing, eating and erotic pleasures.
