Umberlee
Goddess of the Seas (a.k.a. Bitch Queen)
Vicious, mean and evil, Umberlee is the terror of sailors and coastal dwellers the world over. She breaks agreements on a whim and derives great pleasure from watching others drown or be torn to shreds in the jaws of her maritime predators.
Vain and demanding of compliments, she is excessively greedy for power, which is a feast for her. Weresharks are her creation, and they are one of the few races that serve her out of admiration, not fear. Like the Church of Talos, the Church of Umberlee is loathed as a matter of principle, and is only given lenient votes out of fear. Nonetheless, almost every sailor sacrifices to the Queen of the Deep before setting sail, and Umberlites can wander unmolested in ports and harbor towns. They are even welcomed aboard ships in the hope that their presence will help appease the Bitch Queen.
Clerics of the Umberlee pray at high tide and wash their faces, hands and feet with seawater in a ceremony. Traditionally, an offering is made to the goddess, which is thrown into the sea or at least into the nearest river. Umberlee is one of the gods of wrath. She served Talos together with Auril and Malar. Talos had his fingers outstretched for her portfolio, and since she does not have the power to counter him directly, Umberlee tries to distract him with romantic intrigues. She fights Selúne, Chauntea and Sune.

Tenets of Faith
The sea is a wild place, and those who travel it had better be willing to pay the price for this challenge to Umberlee's domain.
All shall know and fear the Fury Queen, for wind and surge can reach any place when angered.
Reasonable sacrifices bring reasonable winds to sailors, but those who do not pay tribute will find the sea as cold as Umberlee's heart.
Spread the word of Umberlee's power, and let no service be done in her name without price.
Make the people fear wind and surge when none of her clerics are there to protect.
Slay those who attribute the storms of the coasts and seas to Talos.
