Rouzhai Aura
The Rouzhai Aura is one of the Five Auras of the Gaioforce. Rouzhai is the magical domain of antimatter, which inherently causes the molecular destabilization of matter. The aura is red in color. While matter cannot be created or destroyed, Rouzhai Gaioforce-users can use the aura to destroy physical living/nonliving material. To do so, they disintegrate the object to the molecular level, resulting in an unstable ashy substance known as Rouzhai Ash. Used by both races • Rouzhai Fire Stream: A long stream of Rouzhai Fire released from any body part, such as the hand, foot, or mouth. When used by the orcs, its power can overwhelm foes and cause a good amount of destruction. It is also a great long ranged attack. Used by both races, but is a signature move for the orcs. • Augmentation: The user can channel Rouzhai Fire into a limb, extremity, joint, or other part of the body to enhance strength or firepower. It can also be used to augment weapons that can channel Rouzhai Fire, so most Rouzhai weapons are designed with this property. Used by both races, but Banatarian Seregans can augment themselves more precisely than orcs can (ex. augmenting a finger rather than the whole fist). • Rouzhai Fire Shields: With their control over Rouzhai Fire, Seregans can form shields from the flames. While not holding any physical mass, these shields can protect the user from Gaioforce attacks and physical projectiles. They will wear down if being attacked/touched constantly, but the user can always add more flames. If this technique is used on physical objects, Rouzhai Ash will fall beneath the shield. Used by both races. • Constructs: More unique than shields, a Rouzhai can even create structures out of their flames, with the same properties as if it were untamed. By channeling more energy into a denser space, it strengthens the construct. This is often used for creating temporary tools for building, crafting, and forging, but it can also be used in combat by a skilled fighter. Generally used by Banatarians • Rouzhai Fire Flares: Since the Banatarians can tame Rouzhai Fire after it has left their body, they oftentimes manipulate its flames into varying-sized flares of fire. Like their control over a shield or construct, they can pyrokinetically move these flames wherever they wish. They can also conjure more flames into the flare, making it stronger and larger. This is a Banatarian’s most common combat technique when channeling their own fire in battle, but orcs can use it too. • Control over existing Rouzhai Fire: After mastering control of their own Rouzhai Fire, a Rouzhai Seregan can gain control over another’s. History
The Rouzhai Gaiostone originally landed in the equatorial region of Thagoros, which terraformed the land into a volcanic, yet barren, landscape. The crater created by the initial impact filled with molten rock, which formed into a large volcano that became known as Mt. Vigr. Because of its dangerous properties and its hidden whereabouts, the stone spent its early years on Gaion in isolation and relatively undisturbed existence. Gaioforce Spellcasting
- Access to the Rouzhai Aura of the Gaioforce allows the user access to magical powers, subject to the rules of the Gaioforce Subclasses.
- Rouzhai Damage Types: fire, lightning, radiant, acid & necrotic
- Any full-caster class (wizard, sorcerer, warlock, bard, druid & cleric) can add their spellcasting ability modifier to Gaioforce spell damage & healing rolls
- Half-caster classes that do not ordinarily have spell lists (monk, fighter, rogue, barbarian) only get access to their Gaioforce spell list when choosing spells.

Its range depends on the skill and strength of the user and is used by both races. • Rouzhai Fire Wave: A wave of fire exerted in a slicing motion by either a chop or a kick. This technique is one of the more powerful in a Rouzhai’s arsenal, as it can travel a good distance before dissipating and covers more ground. It can also be used to defend against other Gaioforce attacks. Used by both races. o Triwave: A more powerful Rouzhai Fire Wave in which the user charges three or four limbs with fire and slams them to the ground at the same time, creating a three-pronged blast that goes flying at opponents from the ground. It is mostly used for attacks and counters to blast through oncoming techniques. Can be used by both races, but usually orcs are the only ones strong enough to utilize it well. • Rouzhai Fire Slide: A groundwave of Rouzhai Fire that involves the user performing a slide kick while releasing fire. Used by both races • Rouzhai Fire Stream: A long stream of Rouzhai Fire released from any body part, such as the hand, foot, or mouth. When used by the orcs, its power can overwhelm foes and cause a good amount of destruction. It is also a great long ranged attack. Used by both races, but is a signature move for the orcs. • Augmentation: The user can channel Rouzhai Fire into a limb, extremity, joint, or other part of the body to enhance strength or firepower. It can also be used to augment weapons that can channel Rouzhai Fire, so most Rouzhai weapons are designed with this property. Used by both races, but Banatarian Seregans can augment themselves more precisely than orcs can (ex. augmenting a finger rather than the whole fist). • Rouzhai Fire Shields: With their control over Rouzhai Fire, Seregans can form shields from the flames. While not holding any physical mass, these shields can protect the user from Gaioforce attacks and physical projectiles. They will wear down if being attacked/touched constantly, but the user can always add more flames. If this technique is used on physical objects, Rouzhai Ash will fall beneath the shield. Used by both races. • Constructs: More unique than shields, a Rouzhai can even create structures out of their flames, with the same properties as if it were untamed. By channeling more energy into a denser space, it strengthens the construct. This is often used for creating temporary tools for building, crafting, and forging, but it can also be used in combat by a skilled fighter. Generally used by Banatarians • Rouzhai Fire Flares: Since the Banatarians can tame Rouzhai Fire after it has left their body, they oftentimes manipulate its flames into varying-sized flares of fire. Like their control over a shield or construct, they can pyrokinetically move these flames wherever they wish. They can also conjure more flames into the flare, making it stronger and larger. This is a Banatarian’s most common combat technique when channeling their own fire in battle, but orcs can use it too. • Control over existing Rouzhai Fire: After mastering control of their own Rouzhai Fire, a Rouzhai Seregan can gain control over another’s. The strength of their control varies on their skill and connection with the Gaioforce, generally employing mild kindling/taming or controlled pyrokinetic movement. A user could also add their own flames to the mix or combine them with surrounding ones, creating even larger fires. Masters of this ability can even control the intensity of the flames without adding or combining. They can cause the flames to flare up and spread spontaneously, or even quell them partially or completely. Used by both races, but Banatarians are much more masterful. • Concentrated Destruction: A Rouzhai Seregan can concentrate their energy on localized objects or surfaces and disintegrate them individually, rather than doing it with a general blast of Rouzhai Fire. This technique requires great skill and generally requires physical contact with the object, and is mostly utilized by Banatarians. With true mastery, a Rouzhai could extend this concentration remotely, destroying objects that are out of their reach. • Control over Rouzhai Ash: With their advanced mastery of the Rouzhai Aura, Banatarian Seregans eventually learned how to control the very byproduct of their flames: Rouzhai Ash. While they are not able to transmute it back to its original substance, they can telekinetically command the ashes themselves. Some Banatarians can even pull the Rouzhai Fire from the ash itself, which can allow the ash to harden into a glass-like state. They can use this technique for crafting and building, but they have also learned non-Gaioforce methods to use this ash for crafting, such as natural substances/chemicals that can stabilize the matter. If used properly, Rouzhai Ash can even be used in medicine and healing practices.
Manifestation
In pure manifestation of its power, the Rouzhai Aura glows a dark red color. It moves in a form inconsistent with any known form of matter, a cross between raging fire and creeping sludge. As the Aura of Antimatter, pure Rouzhai energy is the manifestation of antimatter particles in observable reality. Once generated, these particles annihilate all matter in their wake, including air. This constant reaction is what gives Rouzhai energy its fiery, yet necrotic appearance.
Localization
The Rouzhai Aura, like the rest of the Gaioforce, is intermingled with the magic of the world, and as such can manifest all over. However, Rouzhai magic is most prevalent on Thagoros, the original crash site of the Rouzhai Gaiostone. Antimatter radiation from the stone irradiated the underground rock layers, with the resulting energy output generating an aura of thermal energy and creating molten rock. The molten rock burst to Gaion's surface through thousands of years of volcanic activity, irradiating the land and atmosphere of Thatonis with antimatter energy. Life evolved to be physically stronger, durable, and resistant to antimatter radiation. Some species, like the orcs of Volsemar, were thought to be composed partially of antimatter. The Rouzhai Gaiostone, along with the Blaidrin and Blauri Gaiostones,
The Rouzhai Gaiostone is sometimes referred to as the Stone of Destruction in ancient texts, given that it is the densest concentration of antimatter particles on the mortlal plane. For most mortal creatures, physically touching the stone results in near instant death, as the stone annihilates the matter in the living body and releases it as energy into the world. Only powerful beings such as gods, demonns, Rouzhai demigods & exemplary Rouzhai creatures can survive the direct output of the Gaiostone, such as Thatos & Viko .
