Elysium

Elysium is a tropical moon orbiting the gas giant Beta Viventem II. Scientists theorize that it was once a planet orbiting Beta Viventem until the gas giant captured it as a satellite in the habitable zone. After this, the moon developed life in Earth-like atmosphere. Humans would colonize the moon in 2347 with the INS Tempest.
It has a mass of 1.991 x 10^24 kg and a diameter of 4250 km.

Geography

There are two discernible continents and a single ocean on Elysium. Most of the planet is full of lush vegetation comparable to jungles on Earth.

Fauna & Flora

The life on land includes an extensive diversity of plant-like life. Food chains have developed from this environment from single-cell bacteria to herbivores and carnivores.
