Western Lord Cedric Otrand was a charismatic and ambitious nobleman who led the rebellion against Paladé's rule, seeing the Westking Goin and Wadum as failures. As the founder of the short-lived nation of Otrandus, he became a symbol of resistance and independence. Lord Cedric's strategic genius and determination rallied supporters and led to several notable victories before the eventual integration of Otrandus into Palandis. This deal was struck between Cedric and the revered Westqueen Sabina.
