They are led by a charismatic and charming woman named Calliope, also known as Cal, as well as the quiet fire elf Gib. Cal is known for her sharp wit and quick thinking while Gib is more reserved, tempering Cal's fury. The East Rivers control much of the river area in the Rumpag District, and are involved in smuggling, piracy, and protection rackets.
