He gained votes by pushing an agenda where the West would seek equal wealth as the Plains were having during this era. 5 years before the current day, Humphridus joined a secret alliance with the Oakhand family. With the Windslayer warriors and the Oakhand mages they would have a very powerful army. This moment was taken advantage of because the Plainsking Sal's health was failing him and many saw his daughter Sadie as a weak leader. Humphridus has a few children. His eldest Engram, a warrior with a little more reason than his father. His second Bianca, a fiery mage. His third Egad, a spirited fighter who never quite lived up to the strength of his siblings. At this point Engram has three children, Emil, Gert and Eivan. Bianca has a teenager named Jude.
