Hannibal is the leader of Osthollow, a small fishing village on the east side of the bay in Conferus. He is known for being a strict leader, and is feared by many in the town due to his use of the Taran Cave, a dark and spider-filled area, as a place to send criminals to meet their fate. He is rumored to have a strong connection to the dark magic of spiders, and is said to be able to control them to do his bidding. Some say he is ruthless and will stop at nothing to maintain order in his town, while others believe that he is only trying to protect his people from outside threats.
