Huskarl
The Huskarls are the heavy infantry of the Issvaroan Elves, warriors clad in thick, protective armor and wielding weapons forged from the coldest ice. Each Huskarl carries a massive circular shield, its core made of a crystalized ice so dense it can deflect even the strongest blows. Their armor, composed of chainmail interwoven with icy shards, offers them unparalleled protection against both physical and magical attacks. The Huskarls are armed with icicle swords, their blades capable of slicing through flesh and bone with deadly precision. These frost elves are the bulwark of their society, standing firm against any who would dare to challenge the safety of Gökstad. In battle, they form an impenetrable wall, their shields locked together and their swords flashing with the cold, blue light of their ice magic.
