The leader of the all-female Blue Dragoons gang, Mareka is a former military soldier with a tactical mind and ambitious goals. She and her heavily armed gang are involved in arms dealing, protection rackets, and other criminal activities in the Dunwich District. Mareka is respected by many in the criminal underworld for her loyalty and her code of honor, but feared for her brutal tactics and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
