Once a student at the School of Surgery, his unorthodox practices and morbid curiosity led to his expulsion. Now, he plies his trade in the shadows, performing illicit medical procedures for the underworld's criminal element. Meishka's appearance is as disquieting as his reputation, with surgical tubes coiled at his waist like a sinister lasso, and needles always within reach in his pockets. His work, though macabre, is efficient. In the dark alleys of Silvermound, Meishka thrives, pushing the boundaries of alchemy and anatomy with a morbid glee that only the bravest—or most desperate—dare to witness.
