Mute

A person afflicted with the mute condition finds themselves unable to vocalize any form of sound, rendering them incapable of speech and other vocal expressions.

The person cannot speak, cast spells with verbal components, or use abilities that rely on vocalization. Communication with others requires non-verbal means.
